Riding on the appeal and influence of KOL (Key Opinion Leader), Contineo Marketing initiated a mega KOL FAM and Conference in year of 2018. It was well attended by 80 travel KOLs who gained more than 62 million impressions with more than 400 posts across all major social media platforms. At the conference, tour operators and industry stakeholders discussed extensively on ways to leverage the on-going market trends to grow their brand awareness. This initiative was designed using market insights generated from our Knowledge Management System, a latest technology that collects market intelligence. Through a comprehensive performance monitoring matrix, it enables us to identify suitable KOLs from our pool of influencers. This puts us ahead of all competing destination marketing companies and the same approach was subsequently adopted by many other destinations.
